~Pin Grading~

Enamel pins go through a handmade process, so they cannot always be 100% perfect. Because of this, there are different grading levels. I also do not take the back of the pin into consideration unless it is a major flaw. 

Each pin is inspected and graded on the following criteria:

- Standard/A Grade: The best quality of the bunch. It may have minor scuffs and scratches on the metal and/or tiny specks or bubbles in the enamel. These flaws are noticeable only upon close inspection.

- B Grade: Slightly more noticeable flaws. Less-filled enamel, slight scratches, tiny areas of unfilled enamel.

- Seconds Grade: More noticeable flaws. Larger areas of unfilled enamel, multiple scuffs/scratches on enamel and metal, low-filled enamel, oxidized metal, wobbly backposts.

All grading of pins are subjective. Please be certain to read this criteria before determining which grade to buy.


~Processing & Shipping~

Processing time can take anywhere from 2-4 business days. Please allow the maximum time before contacting me regarding your order. I am a one-person business but I will strive to complete your order in a timely manner.

I ship packages through USPS (United States Postal Service) from Houston, TX.

Amount of time for receiving packages vary depending on location.

Domestic (USA)

- First Class Package: 2-5 business days

- First Class Mail: 2-3 business days

International

- First Class Package/Mail International: 14-21 business days*

All domestic package orders come with complete tracking. First class mail orders are non-trackable to keep shipping costs low. Please purchase tracking upgrade if you want a tracking number. All international orders come with limited tracking. Any custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

~Returns~

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order please contact me as soon as possible to resolve it!
